Saudi Arabia and Iran allow interest banking, and Interest is NOT allowed in Islam. The Iranian ruling system is more based on the British ruling system than the Islamic ruling system, it's more of a Monoarchy. Afghanistan is not an Islamic country either, it's ruled by tiny extremists factions here and there.
